Then the image is interrupted by a rapid montage: * politicians shouting in parliament * stock market graphs collapsing * billionaires launching rockets * AI-generated campaign videos * tanks driving past luxury advertisements * citizens arguing on social media * a giant red warning symbol flashing over the planet The editing becomes faster with every shot. Camera Slow push toward Earth, followed by aggressive crash zooms into the montage. Narrator NARRATOR, deep and overly serious: The world is in crisis. Democracy is collapsing. The economy is completely fucked. Sound Cinematic orchestra, alarm sirens and distorted news audio layered together. On-screen text EVERYTHING IS FINE The text immediately glitches into: EVERYTHING IS FUCKED ⸻ SCENE 2 — THE JOB OPENING Time: 0:06–0:10 Visual The screen cuts to a government recruitment advertisement. A badly designed state graphic appears: LEADERS WANTED EXPERIENCE OPTIONAL MORALITY DISCOURAGED A cursor clicks APPLY NOW. The application form contains only one question: “ARE YOU CONFIDENT?” The answer automatically changes to: “FUCK YES.” Narrator So naturally, humanity gives unlimited power to the two least qualified people available. Sound A cheerful corporate notification sound. Then a huge explosion. ⸻ SCENE 3 — DICK ARRIVES Time: 0:10–0:16 Visual The doors of the presidential palace explode open. Dick walks through the smoke in slow motion. He wears his purple military-style jacket, gold-framed sunglasses and crown-themed accessories. His gold chain swings dramatically. Behind him, frightened government employees press themselves against the walls. Dick adjusts his sunglasses. Camera Low-angle hero shot. Slow push toward Dick’s face. Dick Relax, peasants. I have a strategy. A beat. Maya, off-screen You watched one podcast. Dick Exactly. Sound Heavy guitar riff. ⸻ SCENE 4 — TATOR ARRIVES Time: 0:16–0:22 Visual Tator enters behind Dick. He is carrying: * a bucket of chicken nuggets * a military helmet filled with energy drink * a large red button labeled DO NOT PRESS He stops, looks at the button and smiles. Tator Is this the war button? Maya No. Tator Cool. He presses it. Visual gag A distant explosion is visible through the palace window. A country disappears from a digital map. Dick and Tator stand back-to-back in heroic poses. Behind them: * missiles * flags * burning government buildings * a smiling Doge * President Bot 404 On-screen title DICKtators Narrator Two idiots. One country. Zero fucking supervision. Sound Choir, military drums and a cheap air horn. ⸻ SCENE 6 — WELCOME TO DÖCKLAND Time: 0:26–0:34 Visual A fast tour of Döckland. Shot one: citizens vote by swiping on their phones. Shot two: parliament looks like a livestreaming studio. Shot three: ministers wear sponsor logos. Shot four: a giant billboard reads: FREEDOM — NOW WITH ADS Shot five: Döckland’s flag waves above the palace. Dick, speaking at a podium Democracy is outdated. Reporters gasp. Dick From now on, we offer Premium Democracy. Reporter What happens to people who cannot afford it? Dick They get the free version. Visual gag A citizen attempts to vote. She is surrounded by angry ambassadors on screens. Behind her, Dick and Tator race office chairs while wearing military helmets. Maya rubs her forehead and speaks into a headset. Maya No, Döckland did not declare war. She checks a document. Maya It was an aggressive calendar invitation. A beat. Maya Yes, “Invite everyone” was a mistake. Behind her, Tator crashes into a globe. Tator I found Africa! Maya Please stop finding things. ⸻ SCENE 8 — PRESIDENT BOT 404 Time: 0:42–0:49 Visual President Bot 404 powers on inside the cabinet room. Its old screen flickers. The face changes from a friendly smile to a threatening green loading icon. Smoke escapes from the back of its head. Bot 404 We remain fully committed to peace through the strategic escalation of aggressive friendship. Silence. Dick What the fuck does that mean? Bot 404 Public approval has increased by four percent. Dick slowly smiles. Dick Promote him. Bot 404 I am already president. Dick Promote him again. ⸻ SCENE 9 — THE DOGE Time: 0:49–0:54 Visual Doge sits proudly on a velvet cushion in the national security room. He wears his black collar and gold medallion. A nuclear launch suitcase is placed underneath him. Doge scratches himself. Narrator And meet the nation’s head of security. Maya That is a dog. Dick He has twelve million followers. Doge accidentally presses the launch button with his paw. Computer voice Strategic barking initiated. Doge Woof. ⸻ SCENE 10 — CHAOS MONTAGE Time: 0:54–1:04 Visual Rapid-fire montage, each shot lasting less than one second: * Dick addressing the nation while the palace burns behind him * Tator driving a tank through a fast-food drive-through * Maya negotiating with five countries at once * Bot 404 printing a government report that stretches across the city * Doge riding inside a golden rocket * citizens fighting over digital voting tokens * a billionaire buying the Moon * Dick unveiling a statue of himself before the statue immediately collapses * Tator wearing a crown backward * parliament exploding during a confidence vote * a banner reading MISSION ACCOMPLISHED-ISH Dick We do not make mistakes! Behind them, a massive mushroom cloud rises over the horizon. The crowd below cheers because an applause sign tells them to. Dick looks at the explosion. Dick Does that look bad to you? Tator studies it carefully. Tator Nah. A beat. Tator The graphics are sick. Maya, off-screen We are all going to prison.
