Ever wonder how hackers actually get into secure WiFi networks so fast? Is it like the movies with glowing green code everywhere? Not really! We usually start with network mapping using tools like Nmap to find open doors. Whoa, so you just see everything that's connected? Exactly. Then we use packet sniffing to capture data moving through the air. Wait, but aren't passwords supposed to stop that? Most passwords are just scrambles called hashes, which we test against huge lists of common words. So a basic password is super easy to crack? Yes! That is why you need long, random passphrases to stay safe. Understanding how these attacks work is the absolute best way to defend yourself. Want to secure your own tech?
