It predicted solar eclipses and planetary movements with flawless mathematical precision. Its complex, interlocking brass gears were centuries ahead of their time. Yet, shortly after its creation, this incredible technology completely vanished. It took humanity fifteen hundred years to reinvent this level of engineering.
