Right now, an invisible monster is drifting through our cosmic backyard undetected. These are rogue black holes, born from the violent deaths of giant stars. Kicked out of their systems, they wander the frozen void alone. They emit absolutely no light, blending perfectly into the pitch-black space. Traveling at a million miles an hour, they swallow everything in their path. Scientists estimate over one hundred million of these ghosts roam our galaxy. If one entered our solar system, there would be no warning. We would only feel the sudden, violent distortion of gravity. Planets would twist out of their orbits, spiraling into the dark. Even our sun's light would bend like warped liquid glass. The scariest part? The nearest one might already be bending our starlight. We only know they exist when the stars behind them suddenly disappear.
