Oh dear, oh dear, oh dear! I'm slipping right off the edge! These wobbly pillows are way too high for such a tiny sheep! Somebody, please help me! I can't hold on to this rough fabric! My tiny hooves are sliding! I'm going to fall into the dark abyss! There is nobody around to hear me! I am utterly helpless! Do not fear the heights, little one, for I am standing right here. Who is down there? I can't see anything but these giant terrifying cushions! Look down towards the light, my friend. You are never truly alone. Are you really going to catch me if I tumble all the way down? I will not let you hit the ground. Just hold fast and breathe. But my soft wool is snagging, and I'm sliding further every second! Peace, little one. Keep your big eyes focused entirely on me. It is so incredibly scary up here all by myself in the dark. You were never by yourself. I have been watching over you the whole time. Okay, I am trying my absolute hardest to be brave right now! Reach out your little hoof, and put your absolute trust in my hand. It looks like a massive jump, but I know I can trust you. Step forward onto my palm, my child, and step right into safety. I made it! Your open hand is so incredibly warm and steady! You are completely safe now, resting securely in my loving care. I honestly thought I was lost forever in that terrible mountain of cushions. I would search every dangerous mountain just to find my one lost sheep. I never want to climb that high without you ever again in my life. Do not worry. I will walk beside you, every single step of the way.
