They think the house is haunted. They're wrong. I'm just... stuck here. I've been inside this wall since 1977. Nobody found me. New family moved in last Tuesday. A little girl keeps waving at the wall. She can see me. I don't know how. But she smiles every time. Last night her father heard the scratching. He grabbed a sledgehammer. The wall cracked open. Dust. Silence. Then — screaming. They all ran. Every single one of them. Except the little girl. She walked right up to me. Reached out her tiny hand. And said — 'I knew you were lonely.' 47 years. And the only one who wasn't afraid... was the one they should've been worried about.
