You can build a dry home in a rainstorm with just one green leaf. Meet Sunny, a fluffy yellow duck who loves exploring his vibrant garden home. Suddenly, dark clouds gather and heavy raindrops begin splashing on the pink tulips. Sunny looks directly at us with a cheerful smile and waves his wing. He sings, 'Be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted every day!' 'Just like Jesus shows us how, in every single way!' Sunny spots Little Bird shivering in a dripping-wet nest up in the branches. Without hesitation, Sunny waddles over through the warm, sparkling puddles. He plucks a massive, glowing green leaf from a nearby bush. Sunny holds the giant leaf high to shield his cold, wet friend. He sings happily, 'Sharing with my friends is fun, splish splash everyone!' But Little Bird's nest is ruined, so they decide to rebuild it together. First, they gather three sturdy brown twigs from the soft, wet grass. Next, they find five beautiful pink flowers to weave into the walls. Together, they build a cozy, dry shelter safe from the falling rain. Seeing their kindness, a friendly squirrel and a rabbit rush over to help. The whole garden team works hand in hand under the glowing sky. Now it is your turn to clap along with our happy garden helpers! Let's sing, 'When I help someone today, Jesus smiles and lights the way!' 'Kindness grows like garden flowers, watered by the rain showers!' Suddenly, the gloomy storm turns into a giant, joyful puddle-splashing party! Little Bird chirps happily inside his warm, beautiful new home. Sunny proves that a simple act of shelter can change someone's entire day. When we share what we have, we bring warmth to the coldest storms. Sunny points gently to the screen, inviting us to pray with him. He prays, 'Dear Jesus, help us be kind today. Amen.' The glowing words of Ephesians four thirty-two appear softly in the air. It says, 'Be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another.' Go out today and share a little sunshine with someone who needs it.
