First, search 'Turn Windows features on or off' and check the Hyper-V box. Whoa, I checked the box! Is it magic time now? Hardly. Next, you must restart your system and open the Hyper-V Manager tool. Okay, I opened the manager. How do I actually make the fake computer? Click 'New' then 'Virtual Machine'. Name it, give it some memory, and create a virtual hard disk. Ah, like a little computer baby! Can it play games? No, Peter. You install an operating system like Linux on it to safely test dangerous hacking tools. Wait, so if I get a virus on the fake computer, my real one is safe? Exactly. It is completely isolated, meaning any digital fire you start stays inside that virtual sandbox. Oh, that is so cool!
