Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee:

1. Open Settings → Billing
2. Click "Manage Billing"
3. Follow the prompts to cancel

Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, no further charges are made and your account drops to the Free tier. Any unused credits remain on your account until spent.

Because FacelessGenie delivers a digital service, "delivery" happens the moment a video is generated and made available in your account. As a result:

• Subscriptions and credit packs can be cancelled before they renew, which stops all future billing.
• A credit purchase can be cancelled and reversed only if none of the credits have been used and the request is made within 7 days of purchase.
• If a video fails to generate due to a fault on our side, we will re-run it or restore the credits used — that is your replacement remedy at no additional cost.

Designdevlabs FZE will not pass your debit or credit card details to any third party. Card payments are processed securely by our payment provider, and we never store your full card number.
