Service Delivery & Payment Confirmation

FacelessGenie is a fully digital, software-as-a-service product. We do not ship any physical goods. There are no shipping fees and no delivery addresses. Access to the service is provided online, instantly, through your account at facelessgenie.ai.

• Subscriptions & credits. As soon as your payment is approved, your plan is activated and credits are added to your account immediately — typically within a few seconds.
• Generated videos. When you spend credits to generate a video, the finished video appears in your account library as soon as rendering completes, ready to preview and download. Render time depends on the format and length you choose.

You will receive confirmation of your payment in two ways:

• On screen. An immediate confirmation is shown in the app the moment your transaction is approved.
• By email. A payment receipt and confirmation is sent to the email address on your account, normally within a few minutes of a successful payment. If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder.

The price and currency shown at the checkout page are the same price and currency printed on your transaction receipt. The amount charged to your card will be displayed in your card currency.

If your subscription, credits, or a generated video do not appear, or you did not receive your confirmation email, contact us at hello@facelessgenie.ai with your account email and we will resolve it promptly.
