By accessing or using facelessgenie.ai, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

This website, facelessgenie.ai, and the FacelessGenie service are owned, maintained and operated by Designdevlabs FZE, a Free Zone Establishment registered with the Sharjah Publishing City — Free Zone Authority under trade licence number 4424893.01, with its registered address at Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

facelessgenie.ai provides an AI-powered faceless video creation service for social media platforms. Our service allows users to create short-form and long-form videos without showing their face, using AI-generated content and customization tools.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website. Minors under the age of 18 may not register as users or carry out any transaction on the website. By creating an account you confirm that you are 18 or older.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

While using our service to create content, you agree to:

• Not violate any laws or regulations
• Not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
• Not create or distribute harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Take full responsibility for the content you create and distribute

We offer various subscription plans and credit packages. By subscribing to a plan or purchasing credits, you agree to pay the applicable fees. We accept Visa and Mastercard cards. All transactions are processed in USD (US Dollars).

The price and currency displayed on the checkout page are the same price and currency printed on the transaction receipt, and the amount charged to your card will be shown in your card currency.

Cardholders must retain a copy of their transaction records and adhere to FacelessGenie's policies and rules.

Where a plan is described as “Lifetime”, “for life” or similar, those words refer to the operational lifetime of the FacelessGenie service — that is, for as long as FacelessGenie continues to offer the FacelessGenie product — and not to the natural life of any person.

Guaranteed minimum term. We guarantee the benefits of a Lifetime plan for a minimum of three (3) years from the date of purchase. After that period, access continues for the operational lifetime of the service. If we permanently discontinue the FacelessGenie service, Lifetime access ends, and any remedy is limited as set out in these Terms and our Refund Policy.

Monthly credits. Lifetime plans include a monthly credit allowance that refreshes at the start of each monthly period. Unused credits do not roll over and expire at the end of each period. Credits carry no cash value and are non-transferable.

Fair use and adjustments. To keep the service sustainable, FacelessGenie may make reasonable adjustments to the monthly credit allowance, the AI models included, or the features available under a Lifetime plan — including in response to material changes in third-party AI, model or infrastructure costs — on reasonable prior notice. We will not reduce a plan below the level reasonably required to deliver its core advertised purpose during the guaranteed minimum term.

One-time, single account. Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase with no recurring billing. They are tied to a single user account, are non-transferable, and may not be resold or shared. Access remains subject to these Terms, including the acceptable-use and sanctions provisions, and may be suspended or terminated for breach without refund.

Designdevlabs FZE will not trade with, or provide any services to, OFAC- and other internationally sanctioned countries, persons or entities. You confirm that you are not located in, and are not acting on behalf of, any such sanctioned country, person or entity.

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from Settings → Billing. Please refer to our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy for full details on refunds, cancellations and replacements.

FacelessGenie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

The website policies and these Terms & Conditions may be changed or updated from time to time to meet requirements and standards. Customers are encouraged to revisit these sections frequently. Modifications are effective on the day they are posted. Your continued use of facelessgenie.ai after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile. These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the applicable laws of the Emirate of Sharjah. Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
