How do I connect FacelessGenie to Claude?
In Claude, open Settings → Connectors → Add custom connector and paste https://www.facelessgenie.ai/api/mcp. Sign in with your FacelessGenie account and approve — the whole setup takes about 30 seconds and there's no API key to paste.
Does creating videos from Claude cost extra?
No. You spend the same credits as in the app — connecting through Claude never adds a markup. You can preview the exact cost of any video from the chat before creating it.
What can I do from a Claude conversation?
Create complete faceless videos in any format, check render progress, preview credit costs, upload character references or music, browse your library, and check your balance — without leaving the chat.
How long does a video take?
Renders typically take 5 to 20 minutes depending on length and format. Claude can poll the status for you and share the finished mp4 link. Failed renders refund automatically.
Can I use Cursor, Claude Code, or my own scripts instead?
Yes. Other tools connect with a personal key from Settings → API, and if you write code there's a full developer API — see facelessgenie.ai/developers.
Is the connection secure?
Yes. You approve the connection by signing in with your own FacelessGenie account, nothing is shared beyond that account, and you can disconnect it anytime from Settings.
